These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Tuition To Advance through www.tuitiontoadvance.com, including online one-to-one tuition, free trial lessons, paid lessons, group tuition, exam support, and online learning resources.
1. About Tuition To Advance
Tuition To Advance provides online tuition services for UK curriculum learners, including KS3, GCSE and A-Level students. Lessons are delivered online using Google Meet or another suitable online learning platform.
2. Bookings
A lesson booking is confirmed only when payment has been completed and you receive a booking confirmation email from Tuition To Advance. Free trial lessons are confirmed once the booking form has been submitted and confirmation has been sent.
3. Lesson Delivery
Lessons are delivered online. Parents, carers and students are responsible for ensuring they have a suitable internet connection, device, microphone and quiet learning environment.
4. Payments
Paid lessons must be paid for online before the lesson is confirmed. Prices are displayed on the tutor product page and may vary depending on subject, year group or level.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please contact us as soon as possible at booking@tuitiontoadvance.com.
Where a lesson has already started or has been delivered, refunds will not normally be provided unless there has been a failure on our part to provide the agreed service.
6. Tutor Changes
If a tutor becomes unavailable due to illness, emergency or technical issues, Tuition To Advance may offer a replacement tutor, reschedule the lesson, or provide a refund where appropriate.
7. Student Conduct
Students are expected to behave respectfully during lessons. We reserve the right to end a lesson if a student behaves in a threatening, abusive, discriminatory or inappropriate manner.
8. Safeguarding
Tuition To Advance is committed to safeguarding children and young people. Parents, students and tutors must follow our Safeguarding Policy. Online lessons should take place in an appropriate environment, and communication between tutors and students should remain professional and learning-focused.
9. Online Lesson Recording
Lessons may only be recorded with clear permission from Tuition To Advance and, where applicable, the parent or guardian. Unauthorised recording, sharing or distribution of lesson content is not allowed.
10. Learning Outcomes
Tuition To Advance aims to support student progress, confidence and understanding. However, we cannot guarantee specific grades, exam results or outcomes.
11. Intellectual Property
Lesson materials, worksheets, videos, resources and website content provided by Tuition To Advance remain our intellectual property unless stated otherwise. They may not be copied, resold, published or shared without written permission.
12. Privacy
We process personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. This includes information needed to manage bookings, deliver lessons, communicate with parents and tutors, and meet safeguarding responsibilities.
13. Limitation of Liability
Tuition To Advance is not responsible for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, including internet failure, device issues, third-party platform issues, or customer-side technical problems.
